Alex founded Symphony of Light over 17 years ago, after being encouraged by her now-husband to pursue photography. Both are creative individuals, and together they’ve built a strong partnership as photographer and videographer. Over the years, Alex has documented more than 250 events and love stories, always inspired by the interplay of light, which is why she named her business "Symphony of Light." Based in Romania and frequently traveling to Italy and France, her style blends nostalgia, human connection, and elevated aesthetics, with a documentary approach that favors candid moments over perfection.
Her images are cinematic, honest, and editorial in nature, aiming to capture not just how a wedding looked but how it felt. Alex is especially passionate about film photography, incorporating 35mm and medium format film into her packages, allowing couples to experience their day through a lens that feels both timeless and romantic.
