Atelier Flora

Atelier Flora is the studio of Berlin-based cake artist and food stylist Franziska Oeser. Since 2017 she has been creating extraordinary cake & food art, sweet installations, and edible concepts at the intersection of art, design, and craftsmanship – with locations in Berlin and Mallorca and projects throughout Europe.

Her signature style: the art of cake design. Franziska elevates sweets to sculpture, creating edible works of art, and thus lends campaigns, events, or film sets a unique magic. Whether sneakers made of butter, installations made of bread, or floral cakes – each creation tells a story and brings brands to life.

Atelier Flora has already collaborated with international names such as Adidas, Burberry, Netflix, Zalando, and Chanel. In addition to commercials and editorials, Franziska also designs private events – from weddings to installations for special occasions – always with attention to detail, a keen sense of aesthetics, and the desire to create something unique.
