Blooms By Cecilia is a floral design company founded by Jane in loving memory of her mother, Cecilia, who passed away in 2019 after battling cancer. Cecilia, a devoted single mother, had always dreamed of starting her own floral business, but her illness prevented her from realizing that dream. After her mother’s passing, Jane, motivated by both love and a deep sense of loss, embarked on a journey to create beauty in a way that nurtures both people and the planet. She discovered the harmful effects of floral foam commonly used in arrangements and, to honour her mother's legacy, adopted a foam-free, sustainable approach to floristry.
With Blooms By Cecilia, Jane combines modern and traditional floral design influences, focusing on intentionality, minimalism, and colour blocking to create bespoke floral arrangements. Specialising in weddings, events, corporate functions, and large-scale exhibitions, the company also offers candle styling services to enhance any space. Every design is crafted with the utmost care and creativity, prioritising sustainability and well-being while reflecting Cecilia's artistic spirit.
