Italian supermodel Mariacarla Boscono and Olympic pole vaulter Claudio Stecchi sealed their love in a breathtaking celebration at the beautiful Villa Valguarnera in Bagheria, Sicily. Their grand and impeccably stylish wedding brought together fashion’s elite, including designers Raf Simons and Riccardo Tisci, alongside iconic models Rianne Van Rompaey, Vittoria Ceretti, and Natalia Vodianova, who also had the honor of officiating the ceremony.
For the ceremony the bride wore custom Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda wedding dress, crafted from upcycled vintage Sicilian fabrics. The gown was completed with a pleatted tulle cape and a crown of porcelain flowers. Throughout the day, Mariacarla made several outfit changes, each one artfully representing the concept of the bride gradually building up her dress, only to eventually deconstruct it.
