Joel & Justyna have been photographing weddings together since 2012 and were themselves married in 2014.
For more than a decade, they’ve been invited into celebrations shaped by family history, cultural
tradition, and extraordinary design. From intimate destination weddings to expansive multi-day events,
their role remains the same: to observe quietly, anticipate instinctively, and create imagery that feels
both artful and enduring.
Formally educated in art history and photography, Justyna brings a vast knowledge, influence, and appreciation to her craft. Fueled by an unapologetically romantic vision, she constantly pushes the boundaries of artistic creativity with a highly attuned sense for the rhythm of a wedding and a couple’s unique love language.
Joel was raised by two professional photographers and learned the craft early, assisting his father with portrait assignments from Canadian Prime Ministers to HRH Queen Elizabeth II. Working as a fashion model, Joel’s spent much time in front of the lens, having been photographed by Karl Lagerfeld for Harper’s, Steven Klein for L’Uomo Vogue, Miles Aldridge for Paul Smith, and countless others. He brings a vast breadth of professional experience and calm, creative energy to every event.
