We had the absolute pleasure of working with Carly and the Apricity team for about two years while planning our wedding, and it’s hard to fully capture just how meaningful that experience was for us. Throughout the entire planning process, Carly brought clarity, calm, and genuine care - guiding us through both the big decisions and the smallest details in a way that made us feel completely supported.
But what truly stood out, and what we didn’t fully appreciate until it happened, was having Carly there with us on our actual wedding day. In the middle of all the planning, you don’t always realize how grounding that presence will be - but it made all the difference. Because of Carly, we were able to be fully present and truly enjoy every moment of our day. She handled everything so seamlessly...quietly taking care of things before we ever noticed.
More than anything, she genuinely felt like a friend at our wedding - someone we trusted completely and were so grateful to have by our side on such an important day. That feeling is priceless. We are endlessly grateful to Carly and her team and couldn’t recommend Apracity more highly to anyone looking for not just a wedding planner, but a steady, caring presence throughout the entire journey!

Beryl and Charlotte were truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding in France. They didn’t just plan a beautiful day; they created an experience that felt effortless and unforgettable for us and our guests!
So many guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and we credit Beryl and Charlotte for that. They have an incredible sense of timing, knowing exactly when to transition between moments like speeches, cake cutting, and the afterparty, which gave the day such a natural, joyful flow.
Their responsiveness was unmatched. My husband and I very limited time to work on wedding planning, and every time I sent an email, Beryl and Charlotte responded right away. This gave us such peace of mind and kept us moving forward.
We also gave them full control over the design and execution of our Welcome Event, and they delivered the most picture-perfect "garden party" that set the tone for the entire weekend.
On the wedding day itself, they anticipated our every need as a couple. They steamed our clothes, made sure we and the wedding party had food, and even gathered all of our belongings and returned them to our room, all without us ever asking.
Beyond their talent and professionalism, Beryl and Charlotte are simply wonderful people. They are warm, kind, and trustworthy, exactly who you want by your side for such a meaningful event. Thanks to them, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our wedding weekend.
