Ashley Smith Events is an experience-driven planning and design studio producing immersive celebrations in extraordinary places around the world. Founded by Ashley Smith in San Francisco, the studio believes events should be felt, not simply attended. From intimate destination weekends to giant, high-energy ragers, each celebration is created to transform its setting, shift the energy, and leave guests talking long after the lights come up.
The studio’s work lives at the intersection of thoughtful design and bold execution. Ashley planned our dream wedding
A long weekend, 4th of July extravaganza in a very special place in Northern California. She's more than a planner -- she's an experience designer. She has a keen eye for visual design and a clear vision for logistics. What a combo. Her relationships with the best Bay Area vendors made everything taste, look, smell and sound better than we could have imagined. I would recommend her and her team a hundred times over. (In fact, I did! My sister hired Ashley just one year later!)

We'll never be able to thank Ashley enough for creating the weekend of our dreams!
I have to start by saying that the first thing my husband said the morning after our wedding was "Wow, I have so much more respect for wedding planners. Ashley truly was a magician yesterday!" Honestly, I could write a novel about how pivotal Ashley was in making our wedding vision come to life! She really listens and is honest about what can be achieved, while staying respectful of your budget. She's not afraid to get her hands dirty and provide creative solutions to a wild and crazy idea! I felt so secure in her abilities that I was very low stress throughout the entire process and was especially blissed out on my wedding day. If you can budget for a planner, DO IT! And, consider someone as skilled as Ashley. The best way I can describe it is that she made everything feel light and easy instead of heavy and frustrating. We'll never be able to thank Ashley enough for creating the weekend of our dreams!
