Kath Hunter spent the last 15 years designing, planning and producing immersive events and experiences which have captured people’s imaginations across the globe.
But when it came time to plan her own wedding, she realised something was missing. So much of the wedding industry felt stale and predictable — safe colour palettes, recycled trends and celebrations that all seemed to blur together. She wanted to create an experience for her guests with energy and personality. Something that felt unexpected, expressive and completely bespoke.
That experience inspired her to launch Inner North Studio.
Kath founded the studio to bring a fresh perspective to weddings — combining thoughtful planning with bold, design-led styling to create celebrations that feel immersive, artful and deeply personal.
