Nicole Gagliardi is the Owner and Creative Director of The KFD Studio. With a BFA in graphic design and a deep love for paper and print, she has grown alongside the studio for the past 12 years, helping shape its evolution within the wedding stationery world. Her work involves close collaboration with each client, ensuring every project is tailored with versatility and meticulousness. Today, she leads the studio with continuity, consistency, and a true understanding of what makes a design resonate.

KFD Studio were absolutely incredible to work with. As someone who works in events and was planning my international wedding, they truly nailed every detail. They have an exceptional in-house team of illustrators, project managers, and coordinators who are responsive, thoughtful, and deeply talented. Nicole, Adriana, Cyra, Katie, and Irene are a true dream team of creatives.
Our project spanned several months and included hand-illustrated maps and locations, custom calligraphy, and a fully bespoke website and animation build. Throughout the entire process, they were attentive, patient, and collaborative, working closely with me on every aspect. They are the definition of true collaborators and an absolute pleasure to work with.
I could not recommend KFD Studio more and would work with them again in a heartbeat. The quality of their work is unmatched — they use the finest paper and printing methods and ensure that every detail is handled with the utmost care. Not to mention they also are extremely organized and use platforms and tools that clients can track and follow along so clarity of deadlines and timelines is super clear which meant a lot to me.

The team at KFD created the most beautiful wedding stationery I could have imagined. On every piece of stationery — the envelopes, the cards, the notes, the address labels—there was an absolutely exquisite level of detail. It's obvious the team is as creative as can be, and they made each piece with deep care.

Working with the KFD team on our wedding invitations and day of stationery has been phenomenal, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful stationery for their wedding!
It was important to us to find a vendor who could create invitations that really felt like "us" and fit our vision for the wedding. We were thrilled to find KFD studio's "Semi-Custom" design options - everything felt so special, but very reasonably priced for the design and quality.
We had an initial call with the KFD team and they advised us on how to use the online tool to make our selections. The user interface is super easy to use and we loved that we could see how each choice we made impacted the price. Even though we were using a semi-custom template, we were able to integrate more custom elements like an envelope liner with a map of NYC showing the venue.
Throughout the process they have been extremely responsive and professional at all times. We love how even though we're not doing a fully custom suite, they feel like true creative partners, always presenting different ideas and options. The invitations turned out beautifully and are exactly what we imagined. One of our friends even told us they were the best looking invitations they'd ever seen (and we're in our mid-30s, so there have been a lot of wedding invites so far!)
Beyond being thrilled with the end product, we have been so happy working with the KFD team (Nicole, Adriana, Katie, Irene). They are so kind, sharp, and creative, and anyone would be lucky to work with them!
