The house is licensed to hold wedding ceremonies in any of the principal rooms and gardens hosting up to 200 guests. A micro-wedding or elopement is suited for our 18th-century Grotto, lined with shells brought back from the Caribbean, and provides a truly remarkable once in lifetime, intimate ceremony location for up to 20 guests. Situated at the end of our avenue is also St Giles Church for those seeking a more traditional wedding.

Set in the tranquil Dorset countryside, St Giles House makes for the idyllic English countryside venue. Welcoming both local and international guests, this historic parkland offers the opportunity to marry in a truly magical and unique setting.

Known as the venue with the best-kept secret. Take your guests from decadence to deca-"dance" in the evening, when the doors to our award-winning nightclub and speakeasy bar open, located in the basement of the house.

Truly immerse yourself in the weekend-wedding experience. Where your exclusive hire for the wedding includes a two-night stay in our 17th-century Riding House, as well as The Grooms Cottage, composed of two Maisonettes. Additional accommodation is also available in our quintessential Pepperpot Lodges and St Giles House bedrooms, whilst a host of properties remain nearby for other guests.

One of a kind

We recently had our wedding at St Giles House and could not have picked a better place to have it. The house and grounds are stunning and many guests (and myself and my wife agreed) that it was the best venue they had ever been to!

Having the combination of the beautiful grounds, grand house, on site accommodation and surprise club makes St Giles House really one of a kind. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Simply breathtaking

We cannot thank you guys enough for making our special day so wonderful, something we will cherish and remember for the rest of our days to come. Everything was exactly as we had imagined it. I don't think I will ever forget the moment I saw the ceremony room, it was so magical. I still get a chill when I think about it. Thank you for making me feel at ease throughout the day as well, I think maybe I was a bit too relaxed for a bride! We had so many compliments about how breathtaking the venue is from guests, as well as how friendly and kind the staff are.
