I have to start by saying that no combination of words could ever do justice to Em’s work, but I’m going to try.

I’ve been an admirer of Emily’s art for years. I found her on Instagram long before she focused on wedding videography, and even then, there was something so special about her. The moment she began posting wedding films that brought me tears, films of complete strangers, I knew that when my time came, she was the girl I wanted to capture it.

Emily is intentional with every single detail of her films. The way she puzzles a million tiny moments together is pure magic. She tells the story of a wedding day not just as it happened, but as it felt. She sees things most people miss, and she stitches them together with so much heart, and precision.

But nothing could have prepared me for what it felt like to see our loved ones through her lens. I don’t think you truly understand how beautifully she captures the essence of the ones you love until she does it for you. And wow… does she do it well. She gave us a film that feels alive, something that lets us relive the most meaningful day of our lives in a way words or photos never could.

Emily is more than talented. She is warm, grounding, compassionate, bold, and so clearly invested in honoring your story. Working with her felt like spending the day with someone who genuinely cared, and our film reflects that in every frame.

Booking her was one of the best decisions we made. If you are lucky enough to have her document your day, you will absolutely understand what I mean!

Truly cannot recommend Em enough. She is the kindest, most loving human and immediately put my husband and me at ease. She understood that we didn’t want a cheesy video, nor did we want to feel like we were being recorded, and she NAILED it. By the end of our wedding weekend, Em had truly become a friend.

We got our video back yesterday and paused our Friday night movie to watch it. With tears in our eyes, we relived our wedding day, captured so authentically and beautifully by Em. She nailed every aspect of our intimate wedding day and somehow captured it into the most perfect 15 minute video. Her creativity - through music, super 8 film, and sound bites - is nothing short of remarkable. Nothing about the video felt stuffy or tacky, instead it captured our wedding day giggles, the love between my husband and me, and the happiness of our guests.

In summary, we are simply obsessed with Em and have already recommended her to everyone we know with upcoming weddings. She is more than a videographer, she is a genuine and authentic friend.

I could say that Em has a gift, but that would not be nearly enough to describe her greatness. She makes MAGIC. The way she was able to capture the personality of our special day and our personalities, together and separate, was beyond my wildest dreams. The highlight film she crafted with her content is the most artful movie I have ever watched. This is the single most special artifact that we’ve taken away from our wedding; we will treasure and transcend back to the day with every watch. We are so grateful to have had the privilege to work with such a beautiful soul. Please do yourself a favor and hire her - it will be the best money you spend on your wedding day! That is a promise.
