Alicia, our head chef, draws on more than two decades of fine dining experience to craft dishes rooted in flavor, balance, and seasonality. Harriet, leading the creative direction, shapes the visual experience, curating everything from presentation to atmosphere with a modern, design-led sensibility. Epula Dining catered our wedding this October. Alicia was very communicative throughout the process, with final meetings to go through all the finer details. The food tasting was an amazing opportunity to make final menu choices. We had a tailor-made menu, with options for our guests. The food not only looked beautiful but tasted divine and was consistent from the tasting to the main event. Her army of staff on the day were friendly, professional and did a fantastic job. I cannot recommend Alicia and her team enough.

We ADORE Epula - they catered for over 160 guests at our wedding at St Giles House in September 2025 and absolutely crushed it! From the outset, Alicia, Harriet and Amanda made us feel so confident that our wedding guests would be served delicious food with incredible service. We struggled to choose from the amazing menu options they offered (everything was so tasty and beautifully presented), and the team kept coming up with more incredible ones. They were also so responsive and quick to resolve any queries or problems, with a very 'yes we can!' approach to everything we suggested.
We were also super impressed by their thoughtfulness in incorporating bespoke Australian twists to our wedding, by creating beautiful mini party pies, lamingtons and a seasonal pavlova for the day that made it even more personal and special.
The food was absolutely delicious and genuinely unlike any other food we've had at weddings – our guests are still raving about it (in particular, demanding platters of the canapes and buckets of the crayfish risotto starter)! We were also running late all day, and the team masterfully handled that and still managed to serve pink lamb for all our guests (whilst juggling a wide range of dietary requirements as well). The entire team at Epula was an absolute pleasure to work with, combining professionalism with genuine warmth and care. Their attention to detail and flexibility made the whole process completely stress-free. They exceeded all our expectations, and we couldn't have asked for better caterers – thank you, Epula!

Epula were simply fabulous. From the start, Alicia and the team impressed us with their professionalism and calm, even when we threw in some last-minute changes - nothing was ever too much trouble. (We had some laughs along the way!)
Food was always the most important thing for us on our wedding day, and Epula absolutely delivered. We wanted something that reflected how much we love food, and they nailed it. The Asian fusion canapés were bursting with flavour, and the use of locally sourced, seasonal ingredients really made every dish sing.
One of the standout features was being able to offer our guests a choice of starters and mains - how often do you get seabass ceviche as a wedding starter?! Every dish was beautifully presented and executed to perfection. Alicia’s attention to detail is second to none, and we couldn’t be more grateful to her and the team for making our wedding meal so memorable.
