Haute Couture Fashion Week is always about unusual shapes, extraordinary looks, intricate details, and, of course, high artistry. The Spring 2024 season opened Maison Schiaparelli with a surrealistic collection that merged the atelier's craftsmanship with a high-tech aesthetic. Another highlight was the show by Jean Paul Gaultier. This time, the place of the retired couturier was taken by Simone Rocha, who became the sixth guest designer for the brand's haute couture line. Rocha's collection focused on femininity, sensuality, and sexuality, combining both the spirit of Gaultier and her own signature style.
