With a Bachelor of Photography from RMIT, she served as a senior fashion photographer at one of Australia's major studios. Despite her continued involvement in fashion photography, Eliza discovered the unique appeal of wedding photography, allowing her to authentically document emotions while applying editorial skills. As her wedding photography business flourished, she recruited talented photographers she had collaborated with, leading to the establishment of Lou Lou Memphis.
