Earth and Events is a creative direction and event design studio. We build weddings from the ground up — every layer considered, every detail intentional, every moment designed to be felt. We don't decorate spaces. We transform them.
Founded by Alexandra Piper and backed by nearly a decade of experience producing events across the world, we operate at the intersection of nature, high fashion, and immersive design. Based in California and Mexico City, Earth and Events is known for a visual language that feels both earthy and fashion-forward.
We produce weekend-long weddings that function less like occasions and more like environments — spaces that shift the energy of a room, awaken the senses, and give guests somewhere they genuinely never want to leave. For every event we execute with precise hospitality and service, that guests will feel like they've been transported into a luxury brand experience.
We work with a curated network of the most talented designers, florists, artists, and production partners, assembling the right creative team for each project entirely from scratch. No templates. No standardized packages. No recycled concepts. Just a deeply considered creative vision with an extraordinary party at the end of it.
We are just as obsessed with the energy of a room as we are with the design of it. Because the most beautiful wedding in the world means nothing if the night doesn't absolutely deliver. We picked the partial planning & design package but honestly, after working with her, we wished we had just done full service planning. In our first meeting we gave her an idea of what we had envisioned for the day, including a shared pinterest board. From there she made a design deck that really brought our day to life.
Alex provided the best vendor recommendations (including for some with whom she had relationships and discounts), thoughtful design ideas, and guidance on the overall flow of the day. She joined us for our food tasting, met with us in person to pick out our rentals, and she coordinated a site visit with the vendors in preparation for the wedding. We didn’t think we needed a content creator, but she even provided us with one and it was a great addition to capturing the memories of the day!
Throughout the planning process, Alex was easy to reach, responsive, collaborative, open to feedback, and genuinely easy to work with.
On the day of the wedding, Alex brought everything together seamlessly. She handled every detail behind the scenes, even things that didn’t go as planned were handled quickly and professionally. This really allowed us to be fully present and actually enjoy the day. When I walked down the aisle for the first time, I was blown away!! It was BEYOND, BEYOND what we had even hoped for. We are soo blessed and grateful that we got to work with Alex.

My fiancé and I went into planning with only a vague vision of what we wanted, but Alex helped guide us to something we truly loved. On the wedding day, she brought that vision to life beautifully - both the ceremony and dinner spaces were absolutely stunning. Her team also made the daunting task of selecting vendors feel so effortless.
