On your wedding day, you're the main character! Everyone's eyes will be on you from the moment the celebration starts until the time to bid farewells. To feel amazing from the inside & out throughout the day, we highly recommend paying more attention to your pre-wedding beauty routine, getting enough sleep (yes, even with such a hectic schedule!) and being more mindful of what you eat. For an extra boost of confidence, you can try one of the popular non-invasive beauty treatments. Learn more about them below!
Microneedling
Microneedling gained popularity for its relatively quick results and effectiveness. Though the name of the procedure might sound a bit scary, it’s a generally pain-free process that takes only 30 minutes to perform. Before starting the procedure, your practitioner will prep your skin with a numbing cream to make sure your experience is comfortable and enjoyable. The treatment uses a special pen-like device to make tiny punctures in the dermis to stimulate skin healing and boost collagen production. With just about 3-4 sessions, you’ll get a more rejuvenated and fresh look.
Endospheres
Endospheres is yet another non-invasive beauty treatment that targets the body and face imperfections, stimulating blood flow. During the procedure you’ll be treated with a roller device made of silicon spheres that generate low-frequency mechanical vibrations. This innovative technology improves blood circulation and encourages lymphatic drainage, reducing the appearance of cellulite. The appointment typically lasts half an hour and the slight changes are visible after the first session. However, if you aim for longer-lasting results, consider taking 5 to 6 sessions.
HydraFacial
If you have sensitive skin, check out the HydraFacial treatment which is considered to be a great alternative to chemical peels. As you probably know, chemical peels can sometimes be a bit too harsh and cause irritation. Unlike that, HydraFacial is a pretty gentle procedure with a lower risk of negative side-effects. It combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration and antioxidant protection. An all-in-one package - what could be better? But just like with any new treatment, make sure to schedule a trial run a few months before any big event to see how your skin reacts.
LED Light Therapy
LED light therapy has been a trend for quite a while already. It uses varying wavelengths of light to plump skin and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. Based on your skincare concerns, your aesthetician will use one of two light frequencies. Red light is primarily used for anti-aging, while blue one — is for treating acne. What many like about LEDs is that they don’t contain ultraviolet rays and don’t cause burns. We suggest starting your LED sessions a few weeks before the wedding, so there will be more time for the pores on your face to shrink.
Hair Mesotherapy
For stronger, thicker and shinier locks and also to stimulate hair growth, try scalp mesotherapy. The method involves injection of vitamins, minerals and amino acids into the dermis to deeply nourish the hair follicle. Typically, you need a few sessions to see results.
Teeth Whitening
Let’s not forget about teeth! The picture-perfect smile is the best accessory, right? If you are not too confident with it and feel like your teeth need some extra whitening, schedule a consultation with your dentists. The process is very time-consuming, so be ready to leave at least 6 weeks for the treatment. This would include consultation, treatment planning, hygienist work, and the procedure itself. While there are plenty of options for at-home whitening, like strips and whitening pens, we encourage you to rely on a professional rather than doing everything all by yourself. In some cases, such as when you have sensitive teeth or gums, whitening may not be advisable at all.
