Rapper Scott Mescudi, better known by his stage name Kid Cudi, and longtime partner, fashion designer Lola Abecassis Sartoremet, said “I do” this past Saturday in a wildly romantic celebration on the French Riviera. The couple exchanged vows in the cliffside gardens of Villa Cap Estel, with the Mediterranean glistening in the background. After the heartfelt ceremony, the evening continued with poolside cocktails and an open-air dinner, then crescendoed into a vibrant after-party inside the villa.
The couple’s wedding fashion was effortlessly chic. Lola collaborated with her “bridesman,” Alain Paul, to design a gown that felt both modern and deeply personal, while Scott turned to Saint Laurent’s creative director, Anthony Vaccarello, for three custom outfits.
The rapper and the fashion designer first crossed paths in 2018 at Virgil Abloh’s debut show for Louis Vuitton. After dating quietly for about a year, Scott popped the question in 2023 during a romantic moment in Kyoto.
