KYHA Studios takes us on a journey to Vietnam with their Fall 2026 bridal collection, Waterlines, an ode to the rhythm of tides, the pull of water, and the stories left in its wake. Presented against buzzing cities and vibrant landscapes, the collection evokes a feeling of wistfulness and ethereal energy, joining natural inspiration with Kyha's signature exquisite craftsmanship.
Water as Her Muse
Founder and Creative Director Kyha Scott looked to the movement of water as her muse, interpreting its endless flow through sculptural satin, transparent tulles, and intricate lacework. Delicate fabrics sit alongside feathery textures, fluid lines, and soft draping, creating gowns that feel as if they’ve been shaped by currents themselves. Sweetheart necklines echo the elegance of lotus petals, while vibrant shades of green remind us of Vietnam's lush landscapes. An overall serene palette, the natural world has been brought directly into the bridal sphere.
Light as Water, Soft as Silk
Corsets with soft lines and voluminous, billowing silhouettes—signature elements of the collection—are still created in delicate form. Fabric wraps the body and yet moves as though carried by the wind. Sheer fabrics and soft textures play with light and shadow, reminiscent of the sun's reflection on water. The result is a collection that celebrates femininity with modern clarity, yet carries a timeless, elemental spirit.
An Ode to Vietnam
Vietnam’s rich legacy of silk-making, weaving, and ceramics resonates deeply through Waterlines. Scott’s designs honor this artisanal craft while pushing bridalwear into a new chapter where traditional techniques and innovation merge seamlessly. Each piece becomes a dialogue between heritage and modernity, reflecting the balance of past and future that defines the collection.
Where Landscapes & Design Flow Together
Captured on location in Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Ha Long Bay, and Hoi An, the campaign is as much about place as it is about design. Here, water serves as both metaphor and medium: a force that shapes landscapes, stories, and now, the future of bridal fashion. With Waterlines, KYHA Studios charts a course forward, mapping love and possibility with every gown.
