Of Roots & Feathers is inspired by the quiet calm of rural Poland, the muted softness of autumn colors, and the tactile textures that connect generations. Artfully lensed by photographer Dorota Gałązka, the project unfolds through rich Polish symbolism, revealing an emotional depth rooted in simplicity. Framed as an alternative bridal vision, the editorial seamlessly fuses local heritage codes with cinematic storytelling and a contemporary editorial sensibility.

A palette of chocolate browns, soft creams, and forest greens draws directly from the surrounding Polish landscape, establishing a grounded, atmospheric mood. The narrative deepens through texture, with hand-woven elements, heirloom lace, taffeta, and vintage fabrics creating a sensory dialogue between past and present. Within this quiet composition, geese, long associated with loyalty and lifelong bonds in local folklore, move gently through the frame, emerging as living symbols of commitment and love.
