WED never fails to inspire with their innovative approach to bridal fashion, and their 2025 collection is yet another brilliant reflection of founders Amy Trinh and Evan Phillips' creative genius and commitment to craftsmanship.
In celebration of WED's meaningful five-year anniversary, the UK designer duo revisit concepts from their early years and explore the dynamic interplay between tension and joy, reflecting on the brand's young yet remarkable journey. The 2025 drop is a step forward, showcasing a more mature aesthetic while remaining faithful to the brand's artistic vision. This season, WED thoughtfully blends the structured elegance of boned corsets with the lightness of tulle and sleek satins. The brand also presents an expanded veil collection and reintroduces signature flower smocking.
The sculptural ethos that distinctly shapes WED's 2025 collection is inspired by the abstract sculptor Anthony Caro, celebrated for his innovative reworking of materials, scale, and form. This influence is particularly evident in the stunning Caro dress, which beautifully balances chaos and order in its design. Marrying 20th-century couture with modern draping techniques, WED's garments go beyond mere attire.
