Varca's latest collection is pure romantic rebellion. With lace corsets, voluminous, sheer silhouettes, and just the right amount of grunge, the 2026 collection—titled My Metal Garden—is perfect for the modern bride who wants to stand out without sacrificing softness. Dramatic tulle veils and oversized headpieces bring an ethereal edge, while metallic beaded details catch the light with every movement. There’s a sense of rebellion beneath the romance, making each gown feel like an ode to brides who embrace contrast in their sense of style.
Sparked by a single wilted rose, designer Sarah Varca then photocopied it and manipulated it into a print and the delicate, crumpled flower became the heartbeat of My Metal Garden. The motif appears throughout the collection, anchoring the dreamy silhouettes with an edge of decay and transformation. The pieces also highlight the feminine silhouette with dreamy laces, sculptural corsetry, and textured draping that winds its way through the entire collection.
Designed in Chicago and produced in NYC, the pieces reflect a deep attention to detail and a love for contradiction—feminine but not sweet, edgy but still romantic. With this latest collection, Varca offers a bold new vision for bridalwear—where delicate and daring coexist in harmony.
