Valentina is an absolute master at her craft. She worked so brilliantly with us to realize our vision in ways we couldn’t even imagine. She worked tirelessly with the venue, catering, florist, photographer, DJ, and perfectly coordinated so many moving pieces culminating in the greatest wedding that has ever taken place (if you ask us). Even with the stress of planning and coordinating with us across an ocean, she made us feel calm and confident we were in good hands. She was flexible in her schedule to work with a 9 hour time difference to ensure we could have video chats and stay connected at major milestones. She always provided multiple offers and vendors as we explored our options and was great about helping us broker contracts specific to our needs with those vendors. When we hit some unexpected complications with guest accommodations, she stepped in to help us when the language barrier made things difficult. She continued to go above and beyond to make this the best time of our lives. On the day of our wedding we literally had nothing to worry about, Valentina had everything handled and we truly could unplug and just enjoy. I’ve heard of brides and grooms being stressed on their wedding day but it was all smooth sailing, a testament to her hard work. We cannot imagine anyone better at realizing our vision and crafting the perfect wedding experience.

Valentina is simply the best. Our day would truly not have been half as good without her.

In terms of process, she made everything feel so easy and relaxed throughout. We not once felt overwhelmed or stressed about anything.

She was always respectful of budget and was such a good sounding board for what is important and what is not. She truly is worth every penny.

Style is obviously a personal preference but I loved her creative direction. It’s what she’s best at and would highly recommend letting her take the reins here.

When we finally got to meet her in person, she was so genuine and kind. She made us feel so prepared and relaxed. She is also just lovely and fun to be around which was important to us.

All of our guest also commented about how amazing she was and how she ran everything so seamlessly.

If you are wondering about having a wedding planner, YES you should – and YES you should choose Valentina! I cannot imagine anyone else creating such an amazing, dreamy, and unforgettable wedding!! She is truly an artist, and all the vendors she found for us were exactly the same – artists. Our wedding was so much more than we could ever wish for. We got everything we didn't even know we wanted.

That is what Valentina does: she gives you something you didn’t know you wanted. She is so talented and professional, but at the same time, the sweetest lady! It is really hard to put into words how happy we are with her and her team. Every step of the way, we knew 100% that, with full freedom, she would give us our dream wedding – and so she did.

Our wedding was in September 2023, and people are still talking about it 1.5 years later. It has been an absolute pleasure and an easy journey to be husband and wife-to-be with Valentina as our planner.
