Tanner Fletcher’s 2026 bridal debut wasn’t just a show, but a full wedding experience. St. Paul’s German Evangelical Lutheran Church in downtown New York City transformed into a dreamy venue, complete with white roses and baby’s breath, a flower girl, a live harpist, and couples walking down the aisle as if they were about to say “I do.” The atmosphere was one of celebration, storytelling, and pure romance, heightened by Mostest’s whimsical ‘10 Commandments of Wedding Planning,’ and a showstopping moment where a real couple—who met on Tinder—exchanged vows mid-runway. The moment marked a heartfelt tribute to modern love, culminating in a donation to the ACLU in support of LGBTQ+ rights.
Titled Going to the Chapel, the collection draws inspiration from 1930s silhouettes, harmonizing nostalgia in a contemporary spirit. Ivory silk charmeuse gowns appeared alongside floral jacquard suiting and toile sequin tailoring, with lace-covered bustiers and taffeta rosettes stealing the spotlight. Signature details like the updated lace and antique-inspired textiles brought a sense of elegance and intimacy to each look. As the show came to a close, The Late Show Gospel Choir emerged in jubilant harmony, singing Going to the Chapel and other soulful classics—a joyful, unexpected finale that turned the runway into a true celebration of love in all its forms.
